Find answers to common questions about Job Interview Questions
Getting started
How do I create my first practice session?
Go to the Create page, paste an English job description (JD), and click “Generate questions”. We will create an 8-question session tailored to that JD.
Do I need an account to use the service?
Yes. You need a free account to save sessions, answers, feedback, and reports. We use Clerk for authentication and do not store your password ourselves.
Can I try it for free?
New users get a small free trial to generate questions and see how the product works. After that, you'll need an active subscription to continue generating new questions and feedback.
Subscriptions & billing
How does the subscription work?
Job Interview Questions uses a simple monthly subscription. During an active subscription you can generate JD-based questions, get AI feedback on answers, and create reports within fair-use limits.
How do I subscribe or manage my plan?
Go to the Account page to start a subscription or open the billing portal. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your full card details.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
What happens when my subscription is inactive?
You can still view past sessions, answers, and reports, but you won’t be able to generate new questions, new feedback, or new reports until you subscribe again.
Practice sessions & feedback
What types of questions are generated?
We generate a mix of technical, behavioral, and situational questions that match the seniority and responsibilities described in your JD.
How is AI feedback generated?
When you submit an answer, we send the question + your answer to our AI provider and generate structured feedback: score, summary, strengths, and areas to improve.
Can I come back to a session later?
Yes. Your questions, answers, feedback, and reports are stored under your account. You can resume a session from the History page at any time.
What if I only write answers but don’t request feedback?
Your typed answers are saved as drafts when you move between questions or generate a report, so you won’t lose your work even without feedback.
Reports, history & data
What is a session report?
A session report is a synthesized summary of your answers and feedback for one JD. It highlights your strengths, weaknesses, and concrete next steps for improvement.
Where can I find my previous sessions?
Go to the History page. You can reopen a session to continue practicing, review feedback, or regenerate a report.
How is my data stored?
Your JDs, questions, answers, feedback, and reports are stored in our database so you can revisit them later. We do not sell your data.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete individual sessions from the History page, or contact us via the Contact page if you want us to remove your account and associated data.
