Job Interview Questions provides AI-powered tools to help you practice job interviews based on real job descriptions. The Service includes:

  • AI-generated interview questions tailored to your job description (JD)
  • Per-question AI feedback on your answers
  • Session reports summarizing strengths, weaknesses, and next steps
  • History of past sessions for review and focused practice
  • A subscription-based usage model

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Our Service operates on a recurring subscription model:

  • Access to question generation, AI feedback, and reports requires an active subscription, except for any free trial we may offer.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) until cancelled.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal provided by Stripe.
  • Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your full payment details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to bypass our security measures
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the job descriptions, answers, and other content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and store your content to provide and improve the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Job Interview Questions and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job Interview Questions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
